Cambodian Chicken Lemon Soup

  • 5 to 6 cups of water (do adjust water to your chicken)
  • 2lbs of chicken
  • Half of an onion
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass cut in half
  • 3 to 4 bay leaves or kaffir lime leaves torn to pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 piece ginger smashed
  • 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp of Fish sauce
  • Garnish Green onions or cilantro
  • Fish sauce for more taste
  • Lemon/lime juice for more taste
